Blade Strips
Our strips of up to 150 µm are suitable for the F-holder; of up to 250 µm for the FSD-holder.
To match the characteristics of pre-bevelled lamella blades, we recommend the application of our thin strips of thicknesses 80 µm or 100 µm, respective stainless steel of thicknesses 100 µm or 3S-150-L with pre-bevelled lamella tip of 70 µm.
Magazine printing: 80 μm
Packaging printing: 80 μm 100 μm; or full tone also 150 µm
Gravure printing: 100 μm, 150 μm, 200 μm, often stainless for water based inks
Coatings: 100 μm, 150 μm, 200 μm
FS QUALITIES
First-class, homogeneous doctor blade steel in various thicknesses with perfectly rounded edges.
3S QUALITIES
„Super-Stainless Steel“ (3S), tempered, hardened chrome-molybdenum alloy steel for water based inks, with perfectly rounded edges.
SGP QUALITIES
„Super Glide Polymer“ (SGP), containment blade
for flexography ink chamber.
For bonding- and laminating machines, hotmelt application.
